Strengths-Based Team Leadership
Knowing yourself is powerful - it allows you to understand and embrace what you’re good at naturally, and what you rely on others’ strengths in the team.
People who focus on using their strengths:
Are three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life
Are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs
There is nothing wrong with being aware of our weaknesses and managing them, but our greatest opportunity for success lies in building on our natural talents.
Prioritizing strengths makes a huge difference in being content.
Beth was a great help identifying them!
What we’ll do
Whether you choose the preferred two-part session or the two-hour one, we begin with an exploration of your strengths, using the results of your assessment - defining what you do best and how to name it and claim it. We then chart and discuss the strengths of your team members - what each person brings to the table.
Beth Johnson's Strength Finders course helped me gain insight into my skills (and blind spots), which I have been able to turn into real world results. It was also fun.
We'll examine the four domains, which show how you lead - through relationship building, influencing, executing or strategy - and what you need from others in your team or network.
Schedule your team for a session at the time and place that works best for you.
