This program brings people together to learn about themselves and their colleagues so they are better able to interact and thrive.

Remember the time a higher-up said, “just have <insert-high-earners-name> come and talk to the group about how he built his book, that’ll be enough!”

Well, this is not that.

This program is intended for professionals who are strong in their industry skills and ready to move into a greater role in company leadership and client acquisition. Discovering and utilizing their natural talents takes away apprehension and fear and builds confidence, allowing business development and leadership skills to grow organically, in a way that feels natural to each person, not a copy of someone else’s approach.

Designed for the professionals in a company who show strong potential and interest in advancement, this course includes the CliftonStrengths assessment with full 34 report Or DiSC personality profile and five 90-minute sessions. Ideal class size is 8-10.

The sessions are scheduled to work best in the calendars of participants, and the content is chosen by the participants from a list of topics relevant to today’s future leaders. Our strengths are unique and our learning needs to be as well.
