Wellbeing at Work

Building organizational resilience

Conversations around happiness, work-life balance and wellbeing are all around us. How do we impact the wellbeing of not only our team members, but ourselves?

Gallup has studied the wellbeing and human behavior of 98% of the worlds’ population and uncovered the common elements of thriving wellbeing. And not surprisingly, the most important element is career.

In this customizable session (virtual or in person), we’ll discuss the Gallup book Wellbeing at Work, and touch on the courses Laurie Santos of Yale University has taught on happiness. We’ll then take a look at our own wellbeing – how close are we to thriving – followed by a look at how our teams are doing.

The beauty of the five elements of wellbeing is that they are impactful for each of us. We will brainstorm ideas for creating a more positive and thriving workplace, building from where each of us and our team members are right now. View more details about this course.

What are the five elements?

  • Career Wellbeing—You like what you do every day.

  • Social Wellbeing—You have meaningful friendships in your life.

  • Financial Wellbeing—You manage your money well.

  • Physical Wellbeing—You have the energy to get things done.

  • Community Wellbeing—You like where you live.

What is your commitment to the wellbeing of you and your teams? Let’s talk about it.
